What I want to tell you though, is that I and all my guests had an absolutely amazing time!  The house is absolutely lovely, perfectly homey/cozy, and very well stocked.  We played on the beach and the playground, we rode the bikes, we used the telescope along with a couple of our own that we brought, we had a fire in the fire pit, we grilled most nights (and all the parents really loved the grill being behind the safety gate!), we flew kites and played PS2 games and a couple of friends even put their kayaks in the water and went out a few times.  My favorite part of all though, was just how much we laughed ...all the good times (and good food!) we shared.  :)  Everyone loved the house, everyone had a great time, and we'd all like to come back some time.
