Sunny Disposition (Sleeps up to 14)

Summer  May 19th through September 8th -- $2350 / week or $350 / night                                  (weekly rentals only in July and August)

Fall           September 9th through November 26th -- $1850 / week or $275 / night

Winter      November 27th through March 10th -- $1300 / week or $250 / night

Spring      March 11th through May 18th -- $1850/ week or $275 / night

July 4th Week June 30th - July 7th -- $2650 / week

Labor Day Week September 1st-8th -- $2450 / week or $375 / night

Sunny Disposition also requires a $100 cleaning fee and 3% hotel tax.

Credit Card information will be required for a damage deposit of $300.  The card will not be charged unless damage has occurred.

The listed price is for 12 guests.  A charge of $25 per guest per day will be added for each additional guest over 12 (except for guests 3 years of age and under).

Water Ways (Sleeps up to 8)

Summer  May 19th through September 8th -- $950 / week or $175 / night  

Fall           September 9th through November 26th -- $850 / week or $150 / night

Winter      November 27th through March 10th -- $600 / week or $125 / night

Spring     March 11th through May 18th -- $850/ week or $150 / night

July 4th Week June 30th - July 7th -- $1250
